Terms and Conditions

Fixhouse is an intermediation platform that connects customers with independent renovation, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and gardening professionals in Dénia and Jávea. Fixhouse does not employ the professionals, is not a party to the service contract, and does not directly provide any of the advertised services.

The customer pays 100% of the service amount directly to the professional, using whatever method they agree on. Fixhouse never manages, receives or holds the payment between customer and professional.

The professional pays Fixhouse an intermediation fee, subject to VAT, unrelated to the financial relationship between customer and professional.

Before adding a professional to its network, Fixhouse checks their self-employed registration, tax ID and, where applicable, civil liability insurance. This verification does not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the work carried out, which remains the professional's responsibility.

By submitting the request form, users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to give explicit consent for the processing of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Fixhouse may update these terms to reflect regulatory or service changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
