• Customer data submitted through the quote form: name, phone, email, approximate address and job details — to handle your request and put you in touch with a local professional.
• Data of the professionals in our network (name, ID/tax number, phone, email, IBAN, tax residence): to manage onboarding, job assignment and invoicing of the intermediation fee.

Processing of customer data is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form. Processing of professionals' data is based on the performance of the collaboration and intermediation relationship.

Your data is shared with the professional assigned to your request, which is necessary for them to contact you. We use technology providers to host the website and database (Supabase) and to send emails (Resend); these providers act as data processors.

Lead data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request. Professionals' tax data (ID number, IBAN) is kept for a minimum of 5 years due to reporting obligations to the Spanish Tax Agency (Form 238 / DAC7), as Fixhouse operates as a platform intermediating personal services.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to fixhouuse@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your ID. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your request has not been properly handled.
